However, the shipping costs for the return of one or more items remain your responsibility.  Products must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and with the labels.

We ship aaaaall around the world and we chose to charge you the actual delivery costs based on weight and destination. 
We decline any responsibility for delivery delays attributable to the chosen service provider.
